The "User" part allows you to modify the user's last name, first name and connection information.

Change email address

Clicking on the "Change e-mail address" button gives access to the form below. After validation of the form, a confirmation email will be sent to the new address to verify its authenticity.

Change password

Clicking on the "Change password" button gives access to the form below. Click on the "Send email" button to start the procedure. Then follow the instructions in the email received.

Delete account

Clicking on the "Delete account" button gives access to the form below.

For the deletion to be possible, the user must not have a current subscription.

Application configuration

The "Application" part allows you to modify:

• the language: French or English

• the date format: day/month/year or day/month/year

• the base band: bandselected when opening the application if the user has several bands

The modification of this data will impact all the subscriptions of the user.
